The Heritage Trail walk along Quart Pot Creek, Stanthorpe Guests can walk from the Lodge to town in under 30 minutes following the path along the meandering waterway.  Visitors can be excused for thinking they are in the middle of a National Park with the silence of the surrounds, a welcome relief for any traveller.

Purpose built for the ultimate indulgence of 3 couples, the fourth room allows for singles to be catered for also.

The Lodge is a spacious, chalet style home with magnificent raked ceilings atop the large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. A generous wood fire, set on granite rock collected from the immediate surrounds, warms the entire area where guests can watch the large LCD screen whilst they soak up the ambience from the flickering flames.

A classic take on “old meets new” Diamondvale Lodge is furnished with antiques and chunky iron bark furniture to retain the vital link with the original homestead and the four other Heritage-Style Cottages. 
 
The large fireplace in Diamondvale Lodge's living area can be lit year-round, keeping guests warm on frosty winter mornings1890’s Lead Light feature windows filter light onto the formal dining area giving this new house a very rustic feel. All modern conveniences are supplied for the comfort of the guests, including laundry facilities and a kitchen complete with dishwasher.
