The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is deducted from your nominated credit card unless otherwise requested
Cancellations / changes to your booking
All payments are non-refundable. However, bookings are transferable
within a 12 month period, providing that the alteration is made more
than 30 days prior to arrival date. No alterations or changes can be
made less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
Group booking alterations - Group bookings reducing in size may incur an
increase in the per person package rates. We reserve the right to
retain deposit monies associated with the cancelled portion of the group
Early check-in / late check-out
Normal check-in is from 2pm and check-out by 10am. Early check-in
and/or late check-out can be requested and is subject to availability
and housekeeping requirements.
Please note a surcharge may apply to public holidays and school holidays. Nightly rates and packages price rates may need to be increased to cater for this surcharge.
Bookings are not confirmed until you receive an email or phone call stating that your deposit has been processed.
Minimum Night Stay Duration
We reserve the right to insist on a mimimum night stays for peak periods e.g. special local events, school holidays and public holidays may incur minimum night stays. There is a minimum stay required of 3 nights over long weekends. **Online bookings are also subject to the same conditions. If the online booking system permits a stay that does not comply with our minumum stay duration condition, we reserve the right to cancel this booking or offer an opportunity for the guest to comply with the mimum nights required.
