Terms & Conditions
DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of making the booking. In the event of a cancellation the deposit is non-refundable unless 30 days notice is given. Reservations may be transferred within a 12 month period provided that the alteration is made more than 14 days prior to the original booking date. Deposits are forfeited for alterations made within 14 days of arrival, unless the cottage or cottages can be re-let. Changes are subject to availability and room prices may be subject to change. Deposit refunds will incur a $20 processing and handling fee.
SURCHARGE: Please note a surcharge may apply to public holidays and school holidays. Nightly rates and package price rates may need to be increased to cater for this surcharge.
CONFIRMATION: Bookings are not confirmed until you receive an email or phone call stating that your deposit has been processed.
MINIMUM STAY DURATION: We reserve the right to insist on minimum night stays for peak periods e.g. special local events, school holidays and public holidays may incur minimum night stays. There is a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights over long weekends.
